Intergalactic Cell Phone

That's my Jedi Consular, Lyonene. She's talking to her master, Yuon Parr. I took this picture early on in Lyo's storyline, so she's still wearing a training lightsaber & student's outfit.

It occurred to me as I was playing SWTOR that instead of cell phones, every1 in this universe runs around w/ holo-discs in their pockets, & if some1 wants to call them, u get this pleasant beeping sound (unlike the annoying ring some of our phones can have), & a little blue holo-image of the caller appears ^^. They see a similar holo-image of you on their end as well. It's really cool .

Tho, the discs they use look kinda thick & bulky. They look difficult to slip into 1's pocket, especially if you're wearing tight pants. It would make more sense if...say, the holo-phones in this game looked more like this: [link] . It looks more practical & could easily fit in 1's pocket. But then again, Qui-Gon Jinn's projector doesn't seem all that advanced by comparison, more like 1 of those electronic "brag-books" ppl like to use nowadays, hehe.

Since it's a game anyway, especially an online game, when it comes to what a character can carry in their pockets or inventory, Yoda would say, "Size matters not."
