It's what Anne was wearing in a lot of promotional pictures. Though I would have to agree w/ some of the commentators on the fact that the sleeves look more like 18th century sleeves, rather than what was worn in the 16th century. Doesn't make much sense, but nothing really did with the costumes in this tv show. I didn't like how the bodice makes her torso look short & fat. But then again, the real dresses in that time period had short, square bodices, so all the ladies looked like that, no matter their size.
